Mini Banana Cakes

Mini Banana Cakes

I’ve been saying for the longest time that even though I do enjoy baking with bananas, I’m not a big fan of this fruit. But I actually now think that I like love bananas and I just can’t hide from the truth anymore LOL.

So what better way to celebrate my enemies-to-lovers story with the yellow fruit than by sharing a recipe?

Mesdames et messieurs…

My mini banana cakes < 3

This recipe is EXTRA SIMPLE: perfect for when you don’t feel like baking but still crave a little sweet treat.

Ingredients (for 6 mini cakes):

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate chips (or chunks of dark chocolate)
  • Raisins (a small handull)

Steps:

  • Smash the bananas properly until smooth.
  • Add the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
  • Incorporate the eggs and mix well until everything is combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips and the raisins.
  • Add the mixture into your molds and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
  • When ready, let it cool down.

ET VOILÀ !
