I’ve been saying for the longest time that even though I do enjoy baking with bananas, I’m not a big fan of this fruit. But I actually now think that I like love bananas and I just can’t hide from the truth anymore LOL.
So what better way to celebrate my enemies-to-lovers story with the yellow fruit than by sharing a recipe?
Mesdames et messieurs…
My mini banana cakes < 3
This recipe is EXTRA SIMPLE: perfect for when you don’t feel like baking but still crave a little sweet treat.
Ingredients (for 6 mini cakes):
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Chocolate chips (or chunks of dark chocolate)
- Raisins (a small handull)
Steps:
- Smash the bananas properly until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
- Incorporate the eggs and mix well until everything is combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and the raisins.
- Add the mixture into your molds and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
- When ready, let it cool down.
