There are many things I love about summer, and Tzatziki certainly is one of them. I absolutely love this fresh, light yet generous dip. Served with juicy and tasty meat, salad or even with plain bread, tzatziki is the answer to all cravings. It’s also an incredibly easy dip that will get you loads of compliments…
When it comes to ingredients and quantities, I always go with the flow and work with what I have and what I feel like at the moment. You can always add some more garlic if that’s what you are into; skip or switch the herbs if dill isn’t your thing. It’s really up to you!
Ingredients :
- Greek yogurt (file up a bowl)
- Half a cucumber
- 3 garlic cloves (you can use less; I’m simply a garlic lover)
- Dill
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Lemon (I forgot to add it)

Steps
- Put the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the diced cucumbers (you can also use a cheese grater!)
- Smach and cut thinly the garlic cloves.
- Add dill, salt, lemon and mix well.
- Add a bottlecup of olive oil and decorate with lemon, dill, and thin cucumber slices.
- Refrigerate.
ET VOILÀ!
Pro tip: The longer you let it seat in the fridge, the stronger the garlic taste!
