Sunday Baking : Banana Pancakes

Sunday Baking : Banana Pancakes

I need to start this post by saying that I do not like bananas. I mean, I can eat them, but I have never been a big fan of this fruit, except in banana breads.

I was making breakfast when I saw two sad bananas lying down on the kitchen counter. So, I began thinking about what I could make with these in less than 10 minutes.

I did not follow any recipe and had no idea whether or not this would be edible. But I trusted myself, even though I had absolutely no reason to have so much confidence lol. But it turned out to be delicious!

This recipe is sugar-free and an excellent healthy alternative to pancakes in the morning.

Ingredients (For 2)

  • 2 bananas (the ripper the banana, the better the taste)
  • 80g of flour (type 00)
  • 1 egg

Steps

  • Smach two bananas and mix well.
  • Add the flour, the egg and mix again.
  • Add butter (or oil) to a hot pan and form circles with the batch.
  • When golden, flip the pancake on the other side.

Et voilà !

Decorate with the fruits of your choice (raspberry is my personal fav) and enjoy!

Bon appétit,

Garance
